To keep your account secure, it's important to keep your password updated. Regularly updating your passwords means that even if someone finds an old or saved password, it will no longer be useful, and your medical and financial data will be secure.
To update your password, follow the steps below:
- Once logged in, click on your name located in the top right corner and select 'Account Settings’. From there, navigate to the 'Security and Login' section and confidently choose 'Change Password'
- Enter your preferred new password and make sure to save it somewhere safe so that you will remember it
