If you have made an error in your weight tracker, you can amend this in the app:
- Navigate to the Progress tab of the app
- Click 'View tracking history'
- Swipe left on the entry you would like to edit
- You will be able to edit or delete any entry
If you are unable to download the app, you can Submit a Request and our Patient Support team will be able to amend your entry for you. Simply provide us with the date and value that needs to be amended, and we will take care of the rest.
Unfortunately, we are unable to create new entries on your behalf. However, our team can modify or delete any existing entries.
Please note we are not able to update your Starting Weight value, as this is considered medical information that will impact your eligibility for the medication.
